Ginger Melon Salad Recipe [Paleo, AIP]

2 large handfuls of salad leaves (or spinach)
1/2 small melon, cut into small chunks
1/2 small cucumber, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or diced into small pieces
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
