Ingredients
1 cup
red
lentils
1/2 cup
(black)
quinoa
1 small
onion,
chopped
1 medium
potato,
pealed and sliced in cubes
3 tablespoons
olive oil
3 tablespoons
ketchup
2 cups
chicken stock
Spices:
curry,
salt,
pepper,
Preparation

Heat
the olive oil in a pot.

Add the
chopped
onions and potatoes.

When the onions soften, add the lentils and quinoa.
Stir
well.

Add the chicken stock and spices.

Let it
simmer
in middle
heat
until the potatoes are
tender.
You might need to add more water during the cooking.

At the end add the ketchup and
stir
well.

Server
warm.
