Egg Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups milk
3 slices white bread, cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 pound sausage, browned
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and cheese.

In oblong pan spread browned sausage, then cubed bread.

Pour egg mixture over all. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
