Gefilte Fish Dip

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons White horseradish
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Pepper
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1/2 tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
Fresh Italian parsely, chopped

Preparation

Drain fish and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Chill before serving with matzo crackers.
