Butterscotch Brownie
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, put flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Melt over hot water, butterscotch chips and butter. Transfer to large mixing bowl and mix in brown sugar. Cool 5 minutes. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
