Spanish Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can water
2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Fry pork chops in oil until tender. Add onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Simmer until tender. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 10 or 15 minutes. Serves 6.
