Paprika Pork With Peppers

Ingredients

2 ounces Butter
4 Pork loin chops, trimmed
1 cl Garlic, crushed
1/4 pint Dry white wine
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Red bell pepper, halved,
Seeded, sliced
7 ounces fl Creme fraiche

Melt butter in a largefrying pan and fry chops for 3-4 mins until browned. Season. Add garlic, stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once.

Add sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins until chops are cooked.
