Greek Dressing For Thanksgiving

Saute giblets with butter, meat and chopped onions, celery, apple, parsley, salt and pepper, cinnamon and cumin until the onion is translucent.

Add chicken broth. raisins, pine nuts, chestnuts and cashews.

Add 1 1/2 cups rice (or according how much you wish to make).

Cook until rice is done. You may need to add more broth or water as it cooks, taking care not to scorch.

Serve with chicken or turkey.
