Vermouth Dressing

Ingredients

vermouth dressing
1 cup olive oil
4 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons dry white vermouth pinch of sugar
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Beat the oil with the vinegar vermouth sugar chopped herbs and salt and pepper to taste until well blended.

Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.

The perfect dressing for a cobb salad.
