Chilli Beans

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Groundnut oil
500 grams Sliced beans, (1lb)
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
teaspoon Fresh red chilli, chopped finely
teaspoon Garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.

Add the beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Serve immediately.

NOTES : A spicy mix to liven up any vegetables.
