Louisiana Potatoes

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons cajun spice
1 tablespoon curry paste
1 pch red pepper, flakes
1 pound Yukon Gold potato

Scrub potatoes, cut into wedges and place immediately in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
