Peach Crunch

Ingredients

29 ounces Peach slices in juice drained
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Margarine, cold
cup Brown sugar, packed
cup Corn flake crumbs
cup Unbleached flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation Time: 0:10Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

Arrange peach slices onto bottom of prepared dish. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
