Kaara Porri ( Chilli Puffed Rice / Hot Puffed Rice)

Ingredients

2 teaspoons chilli flakes
1 teaspoon ghee
2 teaspoons Chilli poder
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tumeric powder

Preparation

Heat the ghee in a pan

Smash the garlic cloves and put into the pan along with chilli flakes when the ghee is ready

Put the tumeric powder and chilli powder

Then the Puffed rice

Stirr well.

Serve it with corriander,tomato,onion and lemon juice

Yummy snack
