Soya Manchurian

Ingredients

10 cloves garlic
1 (3/4 inch) piece of ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon pepper powder
10 drops of soy sauce
1 tablespoon wheat flour, salt to taste and 1 tbsp of olive oil
2 pinches ajino moto

Preparation

Boil the soya for 10 mins and drain.

Cut onions and capsicum in a triangle shape. Peel and thinly chop the ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan, add oil and fry the onions and capsicum until golden brown, then add the ginger and garlic. Add salt, ajino moto, soy sauce, chilli powder, and pepper powder; stir.

Add boiled soya and pour in 1 1/2 cup water, then cover the pan. When the water has mostly reduced, mix in the wheat flour to thicken.
