Pork Chops For Two Or Four

Ingredients
1 lg. butterfly pork chop
1 cup Stove Top stuffing mix (green box)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup water

Prepare stuffing mix according to instructions; spread prepared stuffing in shallow glass pan (cover of 1 1/2 quart dish). Cut pork chop in half; lay chop on top of Stove Top dressing in pan. Spread pork chops with mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder to suit. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven (400 degrees) for 35 minutes. Turn pork chops over for last 10 minutes. Serves 2. Double entire recipe for 4
