Homemade Paneer Puff

Ingredients

1 cup Fine flour (maida),
1 teaspoon Oil,
Salt to taste,
4 tablespoons Onion chopped,
4 tablespoons Cottage cheese (paneer),
3 tablespoons Capsicum chopped,
1 teaspoon Oil,
4 tablespoons Cut pieces of Potato( boiled ),
and Little Pav bhaji masala and Sugar,

Preparation

Make a dough of the fine flour add salt,

Baking powder, oil and make a dough using water.

Put a pan to heat add oil, add cut onion, capsicum,

Potato pieces, cottage cheese cut into pieces, stir

Then add salt, chilly powder, garam masala, pav bhaji

Masala, sugar, lime juice, mix well , keep it to cool.

From the dough make 3 balls, roll them and using

Fine flour paste, apply on the edge of first base and

On this put the second base, apply flour paste, pile
