Carroli and Cheese

Ingredients

you can choose the quantity as much as you can, it's all up to you

Preparation

Boiled your raw vegetable until half cooked.

Meanwhile, spread some butter on your bread, and put it in on a pyrex

On top of your bread, put the half-cooked broccoli and carrots, you can add another veggies if you want.

Then cover it up with cheese.

Baked it for 5 - 8 minutes. Until the cheese melted

If you want to add some protein, you can add mushroom or poached egg.
