Delicious Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder
1 1⁄3 cups brown sugar
2 1⁄2 cups cupcake flour
2⁄3 cup olive oil
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 1⁄2 tsps vanilla extract
3 1⁄2 oz vegan dark chocolate
Preparation

Heat the oven to 170°C (340°F).

Combine oil with sugar and mix well.

Add almond milk and vanilla and mix.

Mix in the cake flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate.

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.

Take out of the fridge and split into individual cookies.

Lay the cookies on a baking tin covered with baking paper.

Place the baking tin in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Take out of the oven, allow to cool and enjoy.
