Beef Korokke

Preparation

Peel the potatoes.

Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks.

Boil potatoes until soft.

Mash potatoes.

Finely Chop Onion.

Finely slice Green Onion

Put Onions into medium size frying pan, prepare to saute.

Put Galic into frying pan, suate.

Add Beef into onions in the pan, suate. .

Add Green onions once meat gets brown, suate for about 2 more minutes

Mix Beef, Onions, and Green onions with Mashed Potatoes.

Let cool.

Using the Beef, Onions, Green onions, and Mashed potatoes make 1/4 into a flat oval shaped patties.

Repeat #12 till mixture is gone.

Coat each piece with flour.

Dip into beaten egg

Coat with the bread crumbs

Fry at 350 degrees F until Golden Brown (In a wok would be suggested)
