Potatoes With Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes (8 medium potatoes)
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds
2 tablespoons whole sesame seeds
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon cayeene pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Boil unpeeled potatoes.

Drain and cool for 3-4 hours

Peel the potatoes and dice them into 3/4 inch cubes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

When the oil is hot, put in the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and sesame seeds.

Put in the diced potatoes as soon as the seeds begin to pop.

Stir and fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes.

Add salt, cayenne, and lemon juice.

Fry for another 3-4 minutes to develop brown spots and serve.
