Buckweat Raw Granola

Ingredients

1/2 cup Dates
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tablespoon nutmeg

Preparation

Soak buckwheat groats and almonds for about 212 hours, rinse a few times during the soaking process

With food processor combine ingredients and pulse a few times times until well mixed

Spread ingredients on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 105 degrees for about 18 hours
