Ingredients
1/2 can
chick
peas/
garbanzo beans
2 cups
fresh
brussel sprouts
1
red pepper
1 cup
cooked
white
or
brown rice
1/2 cup
virgin
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper
Preparation
1
Slice
brussel
sprouts.

Cut
red pepper into 1/4" peices.

Heat
oil on medium
heat.

Add brussel
sprouts,
chick peas,
kosher
salt,
black pepper and red pepper(s) to oil. Sautee and
flip
sprouts
until
sprouts
are a light golden
brown
on both sides.

Cook rice.

Serve
vegetable mixture over rice. Add soy sauce for
seasoning
if desired.
