Potato Chip Cookies

This recipe was entered in The Foodista Best of Food Blogs Cookbook contest, a compilation of the world’s best food blogs which was published in Fall 2010.

Ingredients

1/2 pound margarine

1 cup sugar

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons vanilla

8 ounces potato chi

With a rolling pin–crumble chips in bag–not too fine.

Mix dough.

Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12–15 minutes.

Let cool on cookie sheet several minutes–

When cool–sprinkle with powdered sugar.
