Minted, Lime & Ginger Syrup Fruit Salad

Ingredients

200 grams fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and cut into 2 or 3 pieces
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
250 grams seedless grapes, cleaned and halved
2 tablespoons ginger syrup
2 or 3 sprigs of fresh Moroccon mint, cleaned and leaves torn ( no stalks)

Preparation

Place the cut up fruit in a bowl.

Add the lime juice & the ginger syrup. Mix carefully with a spoon.

Place clingfilm over the top & place in the fridge for at least 1 hour- 2 to 3 hours is best.

A simple dessert of fresh fruits: fruit salad with a twist. This is easy and so yummy- lovely enjoyed just as is or with vanilla ice cream.
