Cilantro Almond Pesto

Ingredients

4 bunches cilantro*
3 cups almond slivers, lightly toasted
2 each jalapenos, seeds removed, minced
2 cups mayonnaise
4 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

Preparation

Process first 2 ingredients in food processor to a smooth pesto consistency. Transfer to mixing bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste.

Recipe may be cut in half
