BEST EGG SALAD WITH DILL
Ingredients
9 hard-boiled eggs (1 sliced for garnish)
¼ cup dairy sour cream, fat-free
½ cup finely chopped purple onion
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
Salt & freshly ground pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
Olives and cherry tomatoes to garnish
Preparation

Peel and quarter 8 eggs.

Place in a bowl with onion and dill.

In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Spoon over egg mixture.

Toss gently, season to taste with salt and pepper, then toss again.

Top with sliced egg and garnish with olives and cherry tomatoes.
