Sage Pesto

Ingredients
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender. Process until smooth.

While blender is running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture reaches the desired thickness and consistency.

I love sage, so this sounds excellent, but can anyone recommend amounts for the olive oil, garlic, and parsley? (I like a thick pesto, heavy on garlic, if that helps--I'm mostly clueless about the parsley!)
