Chocolate Cherry Almond Nuggets

Ingredients

12 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Omega Squares
2 tbsps orange juice (or water)
1 tsp orange juice (or water)
24 whole almonds (raw unsalted)
2 tbsps dried cherry (or cranberries)

Preparation

Break Omega Squares into small pieces and place in double boiler with orange juice or water. Place on low heat just long enough to melt the pieces of chocolate. (You may choose to put this in the microwave. It is much faster, and takes only 30 seconds to melt.) Chop- Do Not Grind- 24 unsalted raw almonds into small pieces. Cut dries fruit into small pieces. Stir all together until well blended. Place on waxed paper, small teaspoons-sized drops of mixture and place in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Makes 12 Nuggets
