Tofu Marinade

Ingredients
1 pound firm Tofu
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger or 2 teaspoon minced fresh
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander

Marinating the Tofu:

Place the container in the refrigerator and let sit for at least an hour.

Baking the Tofu:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Broil for a few minutes if needed so the Tofu is golden on both sides.

This is a variation of a simple baked tofu recipe. What stands out and really makes the dish is the marinade. This is a great technique for marinating the Tofu using its original container and separating the slabs with the green onion - Enjoy!
