Xocai Dark Chocolate and Cranberry or Pomegranate Cooler
Ingredients
1/2 Cup vanilla (Vanilla Syrup)
          2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai Nuggets, chopped)
          2 ozs vodka
          1 cup cranberry juice (Cranberry or Pomegranate Juice)
          5 cubes ice
      Preparation

Heat syrup. Remove from hear and add Nuggets. Stir until melted. Cool. Mix 2 oz. of Nugget mixture, 2 oz of vodka and 1 cup of juice. Serve over ice or blend with ice in a blender. Serves 2
