  • 1/2 cup vanilla syrup
  • 2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai Nuggets), chopped
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • 5 cubes ice

Step 1

Heat the vanilla syrup in a saucepan.

Remove the heated syrup from the heat source and add the chopped dark chocolate nuggets. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and combined with the syrup.

Allow the chocolate-syrup mixture to cool down.

In a separate container, mix 2 ounces of the cooled chocolate-syrup mixture, 2 ounces of vodka, and 1 cup of cranberry or pomegranate juice.

Serve the cooler over ice in glasses, or blend it with ice in a blender for a frozen version.
