Xocai Ice Cream with Strawberries
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (or other sweetener)
2 tbsps Xocai Activ powder
1 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
Preparation
1
Puree fruit with powdered sugar and Xocai Activ. Mix in egg yolk and cream. Blend well. Chill. Churn in ice cream maker. Serves 4
