Dema’s Fettuccine

Ingredients
pound One Fettuccine
2 cans of corn ( or frozen corn )
2 cups cooking heavy cream
1/2 cup to 1 Milk- Depends on how thick or thin you want it
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

In the meantime, cook your pasta and drain. Place in a deep pot.

This recipe. Fettuccine with Vegetables and Cream Sauce, was prepared by my nephew’s wife Dema when I visited Jordan couple of months ago. I videotaped her making it. I was very impressed It is a very easy and tasty recipe. The total cooking time was about 20 minutes.
With this recipe, you can change the variety of vegetables used, such as adding peas, broccoli, beans, or any other, it is up to your personal taste. You may also use different cheeses that melt easy. This recipe allows for a lot of changes according to your personal taste. You may also use whole wheat fettuccine.
