Paleo After-Workout Peach Banana Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients

1 peach, stone removed and chopped
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
1/2 oz almonds
2 brazil nuts
1 cup ice

Preparation

Add in the coconut milk, coconut oil, almonds, brazil nuts, peach, banana, avocado first into the blender.

Then add in the ice.

Finally top with the protein powder.
