How To Make Paneer

Ingredients

Milk (approx 1 gallon of milk)
1/4 cup of vinegar
cotton or muslin cloth

Preparation

Boil the milk

When the milk boils add vinegar

When milk curdles full, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.

Put some heavyweight to drain remaining water and make paneer firm(for at least 2 hours). You can shape the paneer the way you want.

Enjoy the paneer.
