Potatoes And Peanut In Gravy..

Ingredients

2 POTATOES, BOILED AND CUT,
2 tablespoons OIL,
4 tablespoons ROASTED PEANUTS COARSELY GROUND
GRIND TO A PASTE:
1/2 CUCUMBER PEELED N CUT,
2 TOMATOES CUT,
1 ONION CUT,
1/2 CAPSICUM CUT,
A PIECE GINGER CUT,
FEW CLOVES OF GARLIC,
1 teaspoon SUGAR,
1 teaspoon VINEGAR,
1/4 teaspoon TURMERIC POWDER,
1/4 teaspoon CUMIN SEEDS,
1/4 teaspoon GARAM MASALA
SALT TO TASTE

Preparation

PUT A PAN TO HEAT ADD OIL AND FRY THE BOILED AND CUT POTATOES, SPRINKLE SALT N RED CHILLY POWDER.

FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. KEEP ASIDE,

IN THE SAME PAN FRY OR COOK THE

PASTE UNTIL LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN.

NOW ADD THE POTATOES AND PEANUTS,

CHECK IF WATER IS NEEDED FOR GRAVY

AND THE SALT.

SERVE WITH SOME CORIANDER LEAVES N PEANUTS.
