Natto Dip
Ingredients
1 cup Natto
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon grated garlic (fresh, canned, or powdered)
2 teaspoons hot pepper relish (jalapeno, etc.)
Preparation

Mash or grind the Natto to a fine paste and add the remaining ingredients. Adding more or less of a single item to suit your taste is preferred.

Slice raw vegetables and use the Natto dip for them or on crackers.

About
I ran out of Hummus one day and couldn't think of any reason why Natto couldn't be used instead of Garbanzo beans. I liked it even better.
I make our own Natto so It is probably a little softer than commercial.
