Ingredients

eggs
, slightly beaten
1/2 cup
honey
Dash of
salt
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2 1/2 cups
milk
, scalded
Ground nutmeg
Preparation
1
Scald
milk.
Mix
egg, honey,
salt
, and vanilla.
Stir
into milk gradually. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in pan of water (very hot) and
bake
about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
