Halloumi Cheese and Mixed Beans Salad

Ingredients

1 teaspoon green sprouts
1 small red onion sliced
coriander for garnishing
Sesame seeds (dry roasted)
for dressing
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon balsamic or ½ lemon (juice)
freshly crushed black pepper
salt to taste

Preparation

Soak all the beans for 8 hrs and pressure cook them for 5-7 mins or 2 whistles only.

Grill halloumi cheese, keep aside

Mix all the beans

Slice onions and mix in the beans

Whisk the mustard powder with little water for 2 mins, it should become light and color should change to white.Add this in the dressing

Prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients.add in the beans

Toss the salad

Garnish with sesame seeds
