Sauce Ti-Malice

Ingredients

2 mediums Onions finely chopped
2 Shallots finely chopped
medium Red bell pepper seeded and diced
1 medium Tomato peeled, seeded, and chopped
cup Fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons Olive oil
teaspoon Cayenne pepper or to taste
Black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar. Cover and shake to blend. Refrigerate for 48 hours.

Serve at room temperature. Ti-Malice will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. A great condiment for grilled fish, this recipe makes about 2 cups of sauce
