Fresh Herb Bread

Ingredients

1 cup Plus 2 tb water
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
3 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh sage leaves
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons Dry milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
1 1/2 cups Water
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
4 1/4 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon tbl Plus 1 chopped fresh
Basil leaves
1 teaspoon tbl Plus 1 chopped fresh
Oregano leaves
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Dry milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 1/4 teaspoons Yeast*

Preparation

Place on the ingredients in the bread machine and select basic white cycle.

Use medium or light crust colour. It is recommended to use a bread pan with 9 cups or larger for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. Yeast amount is correct though proportionately less than called for in the smaller loaf.
