Ingredients

1 small Cart Mars milk
1 lrg Double measure of good brandy
Whipped cream to serve

Preparation

Warm the Mars milk in a non-stick saucepan and, when hot, add the brandy.

Mars milk is quite a sweet drink and the addition of the brandy becomes a surprisingly good warmer! Top with whipped cream for an extra richness..
