Rice With Pork Sausage and Peas

Put the sausage stiil in its bag in water. Boil for fifteen minutes.

Remove the two slices of pork sausage from the bag and after cooling cut into pieces.

Meanwhile slice the onion and brown it in oil.

Then throw the rice to toast in the pan.

Then add the peas drained and rinsed.

Add the bouillon cube and just enough water to cook the rice.

After ten minutes add the sausage.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
