Best Ever Peanut Or Pecan Clusters
Ingredients
1 ounce 12 package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 ounce 12 package butterscotch chips
Preparation

Line a couple of cookie sheets with wax paper

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips in top of double boiler

Add the 3 cups nuts, whichever you prefer

Stir all together to combine

With spoon of choice (I use a tablespoon), drop candies onto waxed paper

Refrigerate till set..will just take a short time

Store in a container with a lid, seperate the layers of candies with a piece of waxed paper

I've been making this candy for years, both with the Spanish peanuts and pecans. Most people seem to prefer the peanuts..but I also really like with pecans... and it's impossible to eat just one.
I've owned a small business for years and have made, packaged and sold these candies many.many times. If I haven't made any for awhile, customers will request them.
