Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes. 4 cups Millet, 1 cup; 2 1/2 cups water. Heat millet and liquid to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer. 15 to 20 minutes. 4 cups Quinoa, 1 cup; 2 cups water. Heat quinoa and liquid to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes; 3 to 4 cups Triticale, 1 cup; 2 1/2 cups water. Heat water to boiling; do not add salt.
