Ingredients

chicken
filet
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
1 tablespoon
sake
2 tablespoons
curry powder
3 tablespoons
flour
Preparation
1
Cut
chicken into strips and sprinkle with
salt
and pepper. Pour sake over the chicken then sprinkle curry powder over the chicken. Dip the chicken into the flour and
deep fry
until golden
brown.
