FOOD SERVICE PERSONNEL WILL FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON CARTONS FOR ALL ISSUED PIES. PIES WILL BE CUT INTO EIGHT SERVINGS SERVINGS ON PLATES FOR SELF SERVICE. WHEN REPLENISHING THE LINE. PIES WILL BE DEFROSTED UNDER REFRIGERATIONWILL BE PLACED IN AN OVEN 350 DEGREES FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES. AFTER SERVING AMOUNTS USED WILL BE POSTED TO KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
