Carnival Nutty Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1 package of Vitalicious Deep & Velvety VitaBrownie Mix
2 egg whites
1 cup water
cup ¼ of M&M'S® MINIS Baking Candy
cup ¼ crushed walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray a 9 x 9-inch non-stick baking pan; (We like Smart Balance Spray®).

Set aside.

In large mixing bowl combine Deep & Velvety VitaBrownie Mix, water and egg whites in large bowl.

Add vanilla extract.

Mix well.

Spread brownie mixture evenly.

Top with crushed walnuts and M&M® mini's.

Bake 20-27 minutes
