Beef Skewers

Ingredients

1 pound beef, tenderloin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon black bean garlic paste
splash soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

Preparation

Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.

In a medium bowl, stir together oil, black bean garlic paste, soya sauce, onions, garlic, and pepper.

Thread beef on skewers. Place beef in bowl with marinade, toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil grill rack. Cook tenderloin skewers, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender, about 6-8 minutes in total.
