Cheese Potato Sticks

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted
monosodium glutamate
onion salt
paprika

Preparation

Scrub the potatoes without peeling. Cut into large strips.

Soak potato strips in ice water for 30 minutes, drain, and dry.

Arrange a single layer of potatoes in a shallow, greased baking pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with monosodium glutamate, onion salt and paprika.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are crisp and brown on the outside but still tender on the inside.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, shaking the pan so the potatoes are evenly coated. Serve hot!
