Schee Soup
Ingredients
1 quart vegetable stock
1 medium sized potatoes, chopped into small pieces
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium sized carrot, chopped
1/2 bell pepper
1 bay leaf
black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Boil the potato cubes in the stock until soft. Once the potatoes are ready, add chopped tomatoes with chopped carrot and cook for a few minutes until the carrot is just softened. Add the chopped onion together with the sliced green cabbage and cook for five minutes. Add chopped pepper, bay leaf and finely chopped garlic. Cook until the cabbage is ready, season with coriander, pepper and salt to taste.
